Time Wasters
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They offered to buy my car for 205k. They test drove it, inspected it, put it up on the ramp and everything. I accepted the offer and then they ghosted me. After a week I finally managed to get hold of them after they blatantly ignored me. They then decided to take off R25k off their original offer - they came up with **** excuses and had no proof of their reasoning. I declined other offers to prioritize theirs and this is what they do. Wasted my time and really *****ed me over. Pathetic.

I would like to take a moment to clarify the recent negotiations regarding the vehicle offer.
Our initial offer to the client was R205,000, which they declined, indicating that their lowest acceptable price was R220,000. Shortly thereafter, the client contacted us to propose adjusted prices of R215,000 and then R210,000. However, due to the specific nature of the deal we were pursuing, we were unable to wait for the client to finalize negotiations with other dealers. Consequently, we sourced an alternative vehicle and successfully delivered it to our client last month.
It is important to note that we did not "ghost" the client; we made a formal offer that was declined, so there was no basis for further communication at that time.
This month, the client returned after other dealers were unable to purchase their vehicle, expecting us to honor the original offer. Given that we had already procured and delivered a similar vehicle, we proposed a revised offer of R180,000.
We are committed to maintaining fair and transparent dealings with all our clients. Had the client accepted our initial offer, they would have been in a different position today.
Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional clarification, please feel free to email us .
