Think before you buy from them.

Southgate Wheels has some beautiful cars. And there comes the BUT. There after sales must be the worst I've ever seen in the motor industry. Accounts staff need to learn how to speak on the phone and not put the phone down in the customer's ear. To take the car back for something that's wrong is a big mistake. The workshop is just a no go. You have to go to top management every time you need to find out what's happening or to get anything done. Your sales persone also does not get back to you. I'm not a happy persone at all. I replace my car every two years, but this place will not see me again. I find they can pay more attention on cleaning the car on the inside. That was not very clean.
