The staff was very helpful, and overall, the setup/service was great. We did wish they were more deliberate to let us know about the detailed concerns about the car we bought from them (a missing spare key and the reason behind the partially stamped service records.

Please note most used vehicles which dealers purchase don’t have spare keys. We do have a disclaimer posted in relation to this. In relation to the service history, the most important thing to consider, after the motor plan has expires, most client prefer servicing their vehicles at private establishments and not the agents. Agents will only be able to pick up the service which was done with them. We understand how these matters can impact your experience, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
