Supplier Refusing to refund R115 000
Last year, I made an arrangement to pay off a car whilst its still in the suppliers floor. The arrangement was that I would pay it off over 6 months. However, round about the 4th month, I was admitted in hospital for over 4 months.

This meant I was not able to make payments to the supplier due to my critical condition.

Once I was discharged, the dealership informed me that they have now sold the car to another customer. This was done without my consultation.

They say they tried calling but with fail as my cellphone was off, however, they never sent me an email or make any other attempts to contact me in order to formalise the process.

Now they refuse to refund me my R115 000 that I paid into their accounts, as I need the money to buy the same Audi A1 from another dealership now.

They say they will only refund if they penalise me 30% penalties.

I am now desperate for assistance.

Please help.

Regards
Zodwa Sibelekwana
