Southgate wheels unprofessional service

I've had the worst experience with the ****** at Southgate wheels. First off, i was asked to take my bakkie there because they had a buyer for my bakkie. After 4 months i went to fetch my bakkie back after they failed to sell it. Then i had to pay for re registration because they had dealer stocked my bakkie without my permission. Now its been a month since i fetched my bakkie again. I'm still waiting for the papers. They arranged with me to collect it at 8am this morning. Its now 11am. I've been waiting forever now without luck. And worst is this will be the second time I've lost a sale on my bakkie because of them messing me around with the paperwork. I've had a buyer come to collect this morning, but they had to cancel because I don't have papers anymore. They've cost me so much money over this period of time its not even funny. Unprofessional at its best
