Southgate wheels - Pathetic!!

These people are pathetic!! I initially thought they did their best but as we go along I come to realize that I will never do business with them again. I was looking for an X3 2.0 DIESEL, something I very specifically shared with Wade, I was not open for negotiations. I drove all the way from Bethlehem, FS, to GP only to find the vehicle he was telling me about was a petrol. After a heck of a commotion and driving around, I got a diesel. I did the payment and I was informed that I would receive the registration documents the next week Wednesday or Thursday latest (the deal was done on a Saturday). However, it never happened, I had to arrange my own courier service after I had to threaten them with legal action. The vehicle's license expired end of October, and due to their absolute, slower than snail pace way of doing this I was constantly at risk in terms of insurance. This is without a doubt THE worst experience I have ever had, I would advise anyone considering these guys to re-consider.
