Southgate Wheels - bad experience

Well I managed to buy a nice car from there. The car price was falsely advertised since they fail to mention a R4900 admin fee. They also mentioned part franchise service history that was not made available. In the R4900 they include moving it over to your name. Then they wanted me to pay another R400 odd for licence fees but no licence could be produced. They then held the logbook until I pay the licence fee. I tried paying by speedpoint but they don't have one. I also complained about the battery but no feedback was given. They said it was fine I had it replaced after I got stuck with the car the first night. I drove all the way there from work to collect the logbook and had to drive back without it. They were not willing to drop it off. The admin side of this business needs some real work to sort out.

Dear Customer
Car dealerships advertise selling price of vehicles, without admin fee, although most if not all dealerships do charge admin fee. This vehicle did have a part franchise service history that could have be requested from the Manufacturer, however client wanted it immediately, and was not available at the time. We do apologize for requesting you to come to collect your Natis as we do no longer offer a door-to-door delivery service, due to past experiences of Natis's going missing, hence we requested you to collect and sign for Natis, the eliminates risk of loss. We do apologize for any miscommunication from Southgate Wheels, our intention is not to withhold any information, but rather to furnish clients with as much information as possible, in order for you to make an informed decision. We are glad to hear that you are pleased with your purchase. We thank you for your feedback, we will address the relevant departments, so we can offer better service.
