Southgate Wheels are unproffessional
My name is Pedro, southgate wheels Ridgeway called me and said they could assist in selling my car, so my wife and I took my car in. The term was supposed to a month but they extended the term. So finaly in march my car was sold after reducing the amount so much. They authorised the funds to be paid into my acc by 12april and it hasnt been paid. I have been calling them and it seems like no one is willing to advise what is happening with the funds. I am now opting to take legal action because they are not taking me serious. Please guys if southgate wheels call you and tell you that they can help you DO NOT DO IT, I repeat DO NOT DO IT. They Lie.

While we make every effort to keep every client happy there is bound to be one or two omissions from either parties. Our standard terms and conditions for payment are 21 WORKING days from date of previous owner signing the purchase agreement after bringing the original papers of the vehicle to ourselves. We would like to know if that had been done from your side. kindly send me all your details of when you signed the purchase agreement and when you brought the papers so we can action your payment as long as all your papers are in order. We put close to 60 cars a month on our floor from private individuals and we hardly have any problems with paying them after the agreed period unless if there is an impediment with the paper trail .
