Shocking and unpleasant experience

Should have done more research and checking on this dealer before interacting. They confirmed the car is accident/damage/repair but not the case when the car is inspected. They confirmed the car is 100% available but will not disclose that there are pending deals on the car – waste of everyone’s time. In the final stages, they advise the car is sold, yet new adverts are subsequently posted or updated on several sites. Subsequent calls to sales staff then advise the car is still available. In my experience a real mess and waste of time dealing with Southgate Wheels. I would suggest extra time and vigilance on the vehicle, information and process should you decide to deal with or trust them.
