I wish there was zero star to select. You guys are very horrible . Communication is at zero . I bought a car cash on Monday and was told the car would be ready wednesday. A week passed and I am not updated . And the sales person by the name of Prince decide not to go to work for two days and **** that the car was being fixed by the VW . When we bought a car it had no problem and all of a sudden the staring is hard and it needs a part that cant be found here in South Africa ??? The manager does not even bother standing in for a sick employee who is not at work . He promised to call back when we get to his garache but even up to date . I am so hurt and disapointed . I need my refund . The resources that i used is too much . You can keep your car and I need my money ASAP
