Poor service and problematic vehicle sold

Good day all,

I purchased a vehicle from Southgate wheels on 06th of January 2024 and collected the vehicle on the 09th of January 2024,

During the viewing I was assured that everything was operation and that a service has been done on the vehicle (vehicle service light indicated this)

I have had issues from the date of purchase.

On the 12th of January 2024 I notified Thomas (the sale person who I dealt with) that the vehicle had a the incorrect sized spare wheel as well as the battery had been changed from the date of viewing as well as the pictures which were sent to me regarding the vehicle,

On the 15th of January 2024 I reported an issue on the vehicle to Thomas (the sale person who I dealt with), I then brought the car back to Southgate Wheels on the 25th of January 2024 as that was when the next available date as to when I could bring the vehicle in.

I then collected the vehicle on the 27th of January assured that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and that all is okay, I still did not receive that vehicles papers by this time either,

I only received the vehicles papers on the 21st of February,

On the 07th of March 2024 I contacted Thomas again regarding the vehicles as the car was still not driving properly, I had asked Thomas if the vehicles plugs were changed which I only got response on the 27th of March, the only reason is that I contacted Thomas and asked him to contact me immediately,

On the 27th of March the vehicle which I purchased from Southgate wheels broke down resulting in me being stranded on the side of the road, since then I have taken the car to Bosch at Mall of South as that is an RMI approved workshop which I was advised to take it to by the vehicle warranty people,

On the 04th of April 2024 I was contacted by Bosch saying that there is no compression on the vehicle.

I am greatly disappointed in the service as well as the lack of transparency and off sales care taken by Southgate wheels,

The vehicle warranty states that the vehicle is only covered up to R15 000.00 on engine repairs which was not disclosed to me.

I have tried to contact them regarding this but i have had no luck, when a vehicle is bought from a dealership we do not expect to be repairing vehicles afterwards.
