First and foremost all our vehicles are fully insured while parked on our premises of which was advised initially when he dropped off the vehicle . The vehicle in question was never driven let alone move for than 2 kilometres too justify the faults which he  alluded to. Client was insisting for us to repair a vehicle which had inherent mechanical issues which in this case did not happen on our lot. Furthermore client i***traordinarily naive about how insurance works because insurance doesnt pay for mechanical faults but for a vehicle that gets involved in an accident of which neither of the above relates to the complaint. We hope we have enlighted the client on the issue.
