Not trustworth

I placed my car on Gumtree selling it privately,I got call from Blazing Auto Car Brokers, they offered to place my car at South gate wheels , they promised to sell the car on my behalf, and they failed to do that. I eventually took my car, BUT guess what the car came back with a cracked windscreen and a missing spare wheel, to make it worse the car couldn't start. They told me I have to speak to a lady a called Rajish at South Gate wheels, who also **** to me about the about giving me new battery. To make it worse, I didn't request anyone from South gate wheels to give me a new battery, as my battery was still new. The lady by the name of Lisa from Blazing auto promised that I would be reimbursed, its been 5 weeks Iam still waiting . Basically my battery , spare wheel are gone including having a cracked windscreen .
