It started out fantastic , and they assisted me in getting a vehicle. However, after driving the vehicle for only 19 days, there were mechanical problems after they had given me a clear Dekra report. They did assist with sorting it out. They did not return my vehicle with the full tank of diesel that I had given them. I refused to accept, and they did me the favor of putting in a further few liters. The next day the vehicle broke down again and sorted again although they wanted me to sign off which I refused. I had at that stage, owed them another R10k for the vehicle as I bought it cash. Now 12 days later, and they are making excuses to send me my NATIS papers, my service book and licence plate. This after I was told that the NATIS paperwork was already done on 29 July.
