I ordered a vehicle with Air-conditioning and I emphasized the importance that it must have Air-conditioning

I ordered a vehicle with Air-conditioning and I emphasized the importance that it must have Air-conditioning. Prince the salesman told me it had Air-conditioning, and it was even ticked off on the checklist at dispatched. However the car arrived and it didn't have Air-conditioning. I feel a bit ****** or hoodwinked. I have a feeling I am being charges for a higher spec vehicle and I was given a lower spec vehicle. In order to rectify it, I was told I must pay a higher price for the new vehicle. I dont think i should've taken the knock if it wasn't my mistake
