I bought a car cash from Southgatewheels last year end of November and I was charged 4k just for them to do change of ownership. I then had to pay out of my own pocket for Roadworthy and the disc including a penalty because the disc had expired mid June last year. Until today when I ask about the spare key - Shannon-the lady who helped me tells me she will check if they got a spare key. But I was told when I purchased the car that a spare key was available Although I am happy with the car. The level of service and **** promises for extra money paid is disappointing. The reality of the situation is once they have there money they are no longer concerned with helping the customer.
