South Gate Wheels has been in existence for the past 4 years. During this time we have sold approximately 3700 cars which averages about 925 cars per annum. In this 4 year period we have received approximately 35 comments from clients that are unhappy with the service received from South Gate Wheels. Based on the statistics its only less than 1 % of our clients are unhappy and as much we strive to please and satisfy all of our clients it is virtually impossible. Our stats have proven that our customer service super cedes most franchise dealers and corporates. However we will continue to strive towards excellence although we will never be perfect.
