<p>on 21/05/16 I paid R14 000 as a holding deposit as per agreement for a toyota avanza 2014 1.3 (DP45PZGP) while Nesan the sales boy said he would like to have the bumper resprayed and valet done, so i waited on the 26/05/16 Nesan called me saying that the vehicle will be ready around 5:00 that same day so i went to the dealer**** (Southgatewheels) in Ridgeway when i arrived there i was taken to a place where the avanza was being fitted with a radio, while there i got a tip off that the vehicle was sold to a lady that came there and this is on Thursday while im there to collect it, suddenly Nesan changed the story and told me that he needs to do a clearance first so i should come back on 01/06/16, he was not aware that i already knew that he had sold it already.So i told him ok i will come for the car on Tuesday as requested, on 27/05/16 I had a friend of mine call Nesan ***) possing a potential buyer for th avanza and on a recorded conversation with Nesan, my friend asked about the vehicle which Nesan told him it was sold on Thursday (26/05/16).on Sa****ay (28/05/16) we went to Southgatewheels and upon our arrival the Avanza is being cleaned up and the lady who bought it is the ready to collect, so she sees me taking photos of the avanza and politely quesries what is going on so i tell them everything regarding the vehicle and she tols me she was there to collect it but Nesan then says no she cant take it as it has not went in for clearance, but it was clear already that they didnd know about the vehicle being purchased already and then suddenly they were told to come back on Tuesday after clearance, i told them what i could regarding the background of the car but they still went ahead with acquering the avanza.Upon the background check i did on the vehicle it shows that itis a VW and the chasis number on the car and the background check are different but the Reg no: is the same.</p> <p>PLease be on the look out when puchasing anything from Southgatewheels and this includes all their branches, look out for vehicle code,previous owner,registration number and absolutely everything you can try to gather, one of the complainants said it that you buy from these ****** at you own risk. Please make consumers aware of Southgatewheels, they are a *****ulant business probably dealing with ****s too, its free advice take it or leave it.</p>
