Faulty car
Southgate wheels the worst company that cant treat its customers well, bought a car(mazda 3) the January, gave me starting problems same day i was supposed to take it. They **** and said water entered the computer box. When i returned to take it i realised the car had a wiring problem i was not informed about . Its been more than 4months with no car, the boss said i should wait for the car to be sold for a trade even thou its the fault... Even now so i am taking the legal route, Neva go to South Gate Wheels ?
The vehicle was sold with no electrical problems. The client took the car to an in expirienced locksmith to cut a spare key. After the job was done the computer box lost its key coding. The client has admitted to this in writing which we have in our possession confirming what has been stated above.We have since offered to assist the client to repair the vehicle at her cost and the vehicle has been fixed from 3 months ago. The client owes us a substantial amount of money from the time of purchasing the vehicle. In order for her to collect the vehicle she has to settle the amount owing to Southgate Wheels. All of the above which has been stated we do have the written proof.
