*****ed deal

On Saturday 19th April 2025 i test drove a 2016 KIA Rio at the dealership after the test drive I confirmed with Salesman (Lorenzo) that I will purchase the car and paid a R20k deposit and to take settle balance o 21st April and take delivery. I received a message on 20th April 2025 saying that the vehicle was sold to another customer, this was after accepting my deposit, that same morning after I had paid the deposit I over heard another customer who had just seen the car after I had returned feom a test drive saying that he was going to purchase the car and they making a plan for him.This is totally unacceptable behavior, this was my second attempt to purchase a vehicle after my initial query on a Audi A1 which I was told the vehicle was available for finance only to find out it had major accidents, This dealer is not worth the time or effort as they are out to ***** you in any which way possible
