***** Car Dealership

Stay away from this dealership. I went and viewed a vehicle today at the branch off Nasrec Road. I meet with Andre the salesman who handed me over to another salesman. I was shown to the vehicle and could see immediately that something was not right with the way the car was sitting, while the salesman was getting the key I had a look around the car, the bonet was not latched so I had a look and immediately noticed overspary, having taken a closer look the front crash bar had been welded back in which is evidence of a major collision. Eventually the salesman arrived with the key, I asked if the vehicle had ever been in an accident to which I did not get a straight answer, once I had a look inside the vehicle it was also clear that the airbags had deployed and a repair was done, I advised that I was not interested in the vehicle, I was then shown another vehicle and opened the door and well that car too had been in an accident as you can see the airbag has deployed and a repair has been done. STAY AWAY

The branch at Nasrec is a wholesale division of Southgat Wheels where we sell our cheapies to the general public and dealers. Certain vehicles vehicles may have been involved in accidents and I am sure thereis nothing wrong or ******* in selling a vehicle previously involved in an accidentas long as a full disclosure is in place between the buyer and seller.. However it isthe client's prerogative and right to choose to purchase or not to purchase a vehicle in their unsatisfactory state. Kindly be made aware that a majority of these vehicles are sold as wholesale to other car dealers.

It would have been good if it was explained that the branch was a wholesale branch and sells accident damaged cars because then I would have not wasted my time in going to the dealership. I did however ask the salesman if the vehicle was involved in a accident to which I did not get an answer, so rather ***** don't you think. How many people out there have been done in by such dealerships. I will stick to my suggestion and advise you STAY AWAY from this dealership.
