Disgusting service

To whom it may concern I have purchased a ford ranger from a dealership in roodepoort Southgate wheels and I have had many issues regarding this vehicle

On taking delivery of my vehicle which i paid cash for on the 23rd of June 2025 I was on my way home when I broke down on the side of the freeway and when I contacted the dealership the manager said he would send his mechanic immediately which he only arrived after two hours later however we were only 32 minutes away.

The issue was found by the mechanic where the diesel pipes came off from the injectors, the mechanic then tied the pipes back using metal paper clips I too sent my wife with him to go purchase a container and diesel in order to go home.

There has been many faults on this vehicle and the managers which I have been consulting with don't want to rectify any issues on this particular vehicle that I have purchased

I have roughly driven only 130 kilometers with this vehicle and now the engine has broken once again the levels of communication from the management at Southgate wheels are really pathetic.

I sent my vehicle to Frik nel motors for a diagnostic and a full report (RMI registered) The report and conclusion was communicated with the management from Southgate wheels where there was no response from them so leaving myself with a broken vehicle which is too my source of income.

I have all screenshots and conversations along with all the disappointing videos of everything that went wrong with my vehicle and false adverti*****t of kms in 3 different occasions poor service and full of lies
