Confused and unhappy

I'm sitting with an unfixable bakkie that has never even reached a state of roadworthy. My problem is that I paid cash with my pension money. That was in April this year. It is now end of November and I have paid thousands on logistics that I was hoping it would be done by this stand still bakkie. I desperately need help..Not sure how to retrieve my R150k cos they don't seem prepared to take back of non-functional bakkie.
