Car broken

<p>i bought a car on the 2 September 2016 and on the 16 October 2016 the car just went off while I was on the road. I called them and they told me what happened and they told me that there is nothing they can do as the car had warranty of one month of which i was never informed about that. On the papers there is nothing that tlks about the warranty. Can you please advise me on what to do.</p>
