Biggest ****mers

We brough a car from them. We have to have 6mounths warranty. With in the 6 months we have to use the warranty and it was never activated. We have all in writing and where they admin it was never activated. We are also told that they are giving as exstra 6 month. We are stuck now for 7day without a policy number and nobody are helping us. The only word these people know's is we will follow up.
