Biggest ****** - lies & *******

I bought a BMW 530D in January 2015. After requesting assistance within 4 days of purchase, & after R65 000 worth of repairs out of my own pocket, the car is still broken. I went to the Ombudsman on which their verdict was that the dealership should refund me for my vehicle, the dealership still refused. They have even made me pay lowbed fees to take my car up and down, just to refuse to assist me. I also ended up opening a case with the NCR. After promises that they would resolve this matter and replace the vehicle, it is almost two years now that my car has been standing more than it is running. They refuse to respond to my emails & calls & still nothing was done to resolve this matter. They are the biggest ******** I've ever come across. I own a car which they promised is in absolute pristine condition. If you want to buy yourself a cat in the bag, Southgate wheels is the place to buy. All the other reviews speak for itself.

The client bought the vehicle on the 16 th of January 2015, Few months later Mr botha advised that there was minor issues with the vehicle.

At the time we asked him to bring the vehicle back to the dealership.

At no time did he make mention that this car is no longer running. Upon assessment it was established that someone had already worked on the car.

The workmanship was not of BMW standards, let alone a reputable workshop.

The vehicle was stripped and not assembled correctly, hence we could not assist the client.

That is the biggest nonsense. The car was worked on by an RMI approved dealership. I also have written proof that I made my first Complaint on the vehicle on 02-02-2016 - two weeks after purchase or any repairs was done - I also have written proof where you refused to take any responsability & that I must fix it myself. Why would I refuse to bring back a broken car??? You refused to take the vehicle back. I have that on written proog from Mervin. I also have written proof & call recordings with Thirusha, the manager on which she acknowledged that the vehicle was not running & that she would replace the car for me. Please tell me what workshop worked on my car seeing that you know so much? The vehicle was never stripped. No Motor was opened. Only parts replaced. And why would the Ombusdsman rule in my favour if I was wrong here. I can't believe the lies you are posting. I'm taking this with all my proof to the papers.

Please can you provide proof of all communication that you have in writing, along with the recordings that you claim to be in your possession.

This will enable our director to make an informed decision with expediency with regards to your claim.

Nevertheless , the vehicle purchased was from a pawn shop called Quick Cash which is a division of Southgate Wheels, which specializes only in wholesales.
The sale agreement, signed by yourselves, states the following conditions that you will be the one responsible for getting the vehicle in a road worthy condition.
Quick Cash will not honor any claims related to the vehicle, neither electrical, mechanical nor previous accident damages.

However in normal circumstances we would not have consented to changing the vehicle, seeing that we were looking for an amicable solution we had kindly offered to replace the vehicle of which you have agreed to.

At this time , our assumption was that the vehicle was in a running condition ,which was not

If the vehicle was repaired at RMI workshop , how come the vehicle was unable to drive to us and returned on a tow truck.
