I started my experience with Southgate Wheels on line, got a pre-appraisal for my car and the address of the closest store. Booked an appointment on line for a couple of days from the date of the on line research. Within a day I received an email then a follow up call from the evaluator Justin. He was straightforward and professional from the start and the appointment went really well. In no time I signed the documentation and had received funds just before arriving home. Very helpful and reasonable on the offer. I would definitely do this again and recommend to others.
