BE WARNED-SOUTHGATEWHEELS
BE WARNED. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL DELAY PAYMENT FOR VEHICLES SOLD FOR UPTO 21 DAYS. CHECK THE FINE PRINT. VEHICLES WILL BE RELEASED TO NEW OWNER BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE TO YOU. THE VEHICLE WILL BE RELEASED TO NEW OWNER BEFORE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP ON ENATIS. YOU WILL STRUGGLE WITH TRAFFIC FINES AFTER THE VEHICLE IS SOLD. DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. THE WORST SALES EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE. STAY AWAY.

26 Aug 2019, 17:08This vehicle was sold, during which time the Natis was still in the banks possession, while awaiting the Papers to be delivered ,the new purchaser received a fine. Once we were notified about the fine, it was paid in Full by Southgate wheels. All Car Dealerships have similar terms and conditions, in order for a client to be paid, an updated settlement letter is required, once the bank settlement is done, the bank system takes a few days for the account to reflect that it has been settled, thereafter the Natis needs to be collected by the client or the car dealership, that may also take between 5 to 10 working days. Once the Natis is collected, ownership needs to change from the banks name into the clients name, thereafter papers need to be dealer stocked into the Dealerships name to confirm any outstanding fines or licensing. We are of the understanding, if clients are unaware of the process, it can be quiet frustrating.
Our terms and conditions do stipulate the average time frame, in plain and simple English, in order for the process to be concluded. The dealership protects itself by following the process, due to there being a spike in ****** vehicles, ********** deals and non disclosure from clients, which leaves us at risk, at the same time, a possibility of us running at a loss.
Unfortunately its not as easy as 123, in this case the Bank was settled in Full, the traffic fine paid, and the client was Paid in Full. Southgate wheels purchases over 300 cars a month, there is not a single client that has not been paid.

26 Aug 2019, 17:52That seems to be youecommon response to any review on Hellopeter, everything is resolved, but the mere fact that I took my valuable time to post a review says alot. The issue might be resolved but only after numerous followups from the customer side. Zero feedback from South Gate Wheels. Worst dealer experience I have ever had.
