Bad service
Bought a used bakkie that never saw roadworthy. They took it back and forth to their mechanic since from April 2023. They last took it in, in November. They sent a message now in January to say there are missing parts we must go fetch the bakkie s****...of which I didn't. Now I'm still waiting for them to return my money.R150k.

After extensive investigations, these are our findings .The client bought the vehicle in April 2023. Most dealers will not entertain any claims after 6 months. She approached us in December last year, advising us that her mechanic has been messing her around and asked if we could assist. The vehicle was towed to our dealership. Upon inspection, it was established that there multiple parts missing. It was the clients own Mechanic who stripped this vehicle therefore SGW cannot be held responsible for parts being ******. The client has been advised to collect her vehicle.

In December I told them that they must only phone me when it has a roadworthy certificate and I was willing to pay. Now that they don't have a plan they say we removed parts. How do we remove parts when the car is with their machanic and we don't even know where. If there is any truth of missing parts they should ask the machenic
