Bad Service
Unfortunately the lady that assisted me has a great personality but does not return calls and does not deliver. Sold a car and it's almost three months later, they refuse to return back my car alternatively pay me as per our agreement. Don't know where to escalate the matter, this is regarding the branch at the South of Jhb!

Would you kindly call on the land line and ask for Conrad so we can quickly resolve the matter since we do not wait for over 90 working days to pay a client for their car. I assume you already signed the purchase agreement and delivered the natis for the car to be dealer stocked by ourselves. Looking forward to your earliest response.
