Good day,

While we emphathize with the client's situation according to his side of the story, we are prepared to help in a manner which is fair to both parties. Firstly the client took delivery of his vehicle on the 15th of October which according to my calender 6 months have lapsed hence the warranty inapplicable. We are in a position to trade in his vehicle for another choice of his or offer him a price on his vehicle according to its present status/wholesale market rate, bearing in mind things like mileage and normal depreciation.

Client has since declined to trade in vehicle and would like a full refund which I doubt any car dealership would agree with. Vehicle is not in the same state compared to the day it was delivered because of the paint work evidence which looks recent.

We look forward to the client reconsidering our offer of a trade in as opposed to a full refund and buying a car elsewhere as he has emphasised.

Please kindly remove your slanderous post as it giving wrong information , I tried numerous time to contact your Branch and your Branch Manager was not welcoming at all and even dropping a phone during a conversation.

The fact of the matter is that you knew from start that it was a rebuild car and even the previous owner whom I manage to track , as her tracker device was still installed affirmed that your company knew that the car has been involved in an accident

I am willing to negotiate on an offer but it seems that your company is too big for that

I urge everyone who goes buys cars there (Sourth gate wheels ) to be careful , their prices are always cheap that other delaers, if it too good to be true , it probably is

Dear Customer,

We would like to solve the problem amicably and it is our desire to ensure both parties resolve the issue as soon as possible. Firstly we were not aware of the accident when you initially bought the vehicle, and if we knew we would have disclosed to you . We are still willing to trade the vehicle even after 10 months of driving it. Just as a to advise you that there is no company in the whole world that will offer a client the same price on a car after it has been driven for a year.

To solve the matter promptly please kindly bring vehicle to the dealership so we can finalize price and put the matter to rest amicably and also agreeing on a price that is fair to both parties.
