Bad service from Southgate Properties Mtunzini

We had the worst service from Southgate Property agents at Mtunzini. They listed my mothers home on the internet as under offer, thus blocking other agents from selling the property. Then got a "buyer". The estate was almost in finalization phase when they told us the buyers are retracting. This resulting in the estate undergoing costs to almost finalize the estate of R30 000.
