Unprofessional

The center management office and security is treating people unfair, they let people without masks in the centre but when my son wanted to go in (his face was covered) the security said he must stand outside (bare in mind it is flippen cold today). I phoned the centre management office and spoke to a lady by the name Faith. She transferd me to the head of security's office (the guy that answered was not the head of security) he hardley understand english and was like Faith very unhelpful. I need to know is there a difference in the coulor of money as well. I sugest you train your staff properly to deal with people as they are not trained well to work with people. All that Faith could say is eish mam. Your security was supposed to let everyone without masks join my son in the cold outside hens he failed to do so. Say somebody dont have a mask then they are not allowed to go and buy food or anything. I follow the rules on the covid 19 and it was said you have to cover your face and if you don't have a mask you can use a shirt or anything else as long as you nose and mouth are covered.
