Southgate Mall, worst shopping experience

Southgate Mall has become the worst place to shop if you rely on Bolt and Uber taxis to get around as neither of them are allowed in the mall to pick up passengers. A recent trip to Southgate Mall left us stranded outside the mall with a trolley full of bags and appliances being told by mall security to push the trolley up hill to the Macdonald's to order a taxi there, as bolt and Uber taxi's are not allowed to pick up people in the mall or in their parking lot. I would not recommend this mall to anyone.
