SOUTHGATE MALL SECURITY IS APPALING. On the 3rd of December my 15 year old daughter and 16 year old friend was detained within the holding cells for alleged theft. They were detained since 10am till 4pm with no charge, access to call a parent , water or loo break. This is in violation of the child act especially since they were not convicted by law. Its shamefull that kids are treated like this and threatened with being hurt or worse.SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT WHO ALLOWED THIS
