Southgate Mall Managment refusing to let customers use Urber and Bolt

Trust all is well.

Southgate Mall Managment and security enable the Taxi association to damage Uber and Bolt cars forcing customers to take Taxi's. Customers who have purchased goods must go across the road pushing trollies to Mcdonalds at Value mart. Mcdonalds staff chase away these customers. We as customers demand that Southgate management does something about this. We understand that the taxi association pays rent at the mall, But they do not offer the same services. You cannot buy a full month of groceries and take a taxi that will firstly complain about the amount of goods you bought and dump you far from your home and expect you to carry your goods home by some miracle.
