Shameful service

On the 7th May I went to shop at clicks Southgate , i was looking for bayrum and after walking all around the store i eventually met someone wearing a jersey with a clicks logo , I asked for help and the lady carelessly pointed me to a direction , i was still lost , while I was still trying to find this item another lady , this time a cleaner came and shouted at me and other 2 shoppers telling us we can't be there cos she's cleaning the floor we were making it dirty cos it was still wet . Finally a young man with the name Senzo came and helped me look for bayrum and of course it was out of stock but at least he took time to show me that space was empty .Clicks Southgate a dread to shop at .
