PICN N PAY SOUTHGATE COMPLAINT

I have received a very bad and poor service at Pick n Pay (Southgate Mall), I have asked before filling up the trolley with some groceries if they accept Pay Just Now like they do at Game, and they agreed and when I got to the tills the story changed and they said they only accept it for electrical appliances, how true is that? Is it done in other branches as well or was I just unlucky? Why wasn't I told that before even wasting my time because I should've just gone to Game store and 5 stars to game stores and the staff members there.
