I am extremely disappointed with Southgate, we are not allowed to request uber to collect at door. Taxi association has been given tge authority to chase away uber drivers. We as clients we carry groceries have to walkna distance to get uber rides while with our children, what will happen if its raining on that day or u in a hurry, the taxi association makes it difficult for us Southgate customers to get our own transportation from and too the Mall. Its unprofessional for the management of Southgate to give such an authority to uneducated people who have no customer service and are very rude and violent. I would not recommend people to shop at that mall.
