Lack of security at Southgate mall ATM's

for the past 3 weeks I have been going to South-gate mall to withdraw money from the ATM. There are no security guards next to the ATM's. The strangers will appear from no where and wants to help you when your card is swallowed by the machines. I have been complaining to the Management but still there is no security especially now its festive season.
