Horrible service

Omg Terrifying experience received at absa South Gate mall . 0 % customer service very poor only worries about ****** audits . The trolley I had was pushed out side with not communication from anybody.. It’s really would be appropriate to hire staff that’s are compassionate and have good customer service. Can u imagine being mislead from front desk n those ladies u can tell they just chasing u away I mean all we needed was help as we received text saying to visit branch for assistance. . I really thought absa was up to standard with their employees I meant we are human after all .Regards Very Unsatisfied Customer
