My name is Ishmael I bought a 70'inch Samsung tv on the 26 July 2024 at Game Southgate and it was not tested with me,upon arriving at home to test the TV I noticed that the screen is cracked and I phoned them immediately they told me I must return the TV.They said to me they can't exchange it or refund me I must fix it myself.I heard a bad experience and I realized that as their customer I'm not taken seriously.
