Fell on the drainage system of Southgate Mall

In 2017 I fell in the drainage system at the entrance of Southgate Mall, I immediately reported the matter to the Mall Manager Mr. Lesego Masiane and promise to do follow ups on my claim. Nothing was done after two years. I then decided to take the matter forward to my Legal advisers Scorpion in 2019. When I ask Scorpion regarding my claim they said the case was closed by the Marsh Insurance.
