Cleaner *****s phone - control room manager doesnt care

i went to ladies toilets on Saturday 27/01/2018 at around 4:30pm, i went to toilet (between The Fix and Foschini kids)then as i went to wash my hands, 1 of mall cleaning ladies was standing behind me waiting to mop. she was impatient with me and was staring at me so i wud hurry up as it was close to her knock off time. i was brushin my hair and cud feel her eyes burning into my head she was standing staring and a huge frown on her face as to say i shud hurry up. in a rush i grabbed my things forgetting my Huawei P8 Lite phone behind (with 10 GB data i just bought the day before). i went on my way a only realised later. i turned back n went to check. the cleaner was gone and my phone was gone. i went to control room to report the matter and got a less than helpful response to call in on Sunday. i blocked my phone and decided to call the mall then was told control room manager was on leave and to call Monday/Tuesday. i called Tuesday morning and got the same manager from Saturdays face to face report of ****** goods. she refused to help and told me to come to mall and dropped the call while we were still speaking. i havent found my phone, nor is Control room willing to even help after explain what she looked like and that i work during the week its not easy to get to Southgate mall before 5pm during the week. how safe are we at these malls if the staff dont care about their own workers *****ing the customer's personal valuable things? its mine, it may not be the most expensive smartphone but i paid for it with my money, not to donate it to thieving cleaner
