Bad service at shoprite Southgate

I have a bad experience at shoprite South Gate as I went to return one of their small appliance otimo stove. Unfortunately the store manager Azwindini Maaumela made fun of me and i felt like i was less of a man. The service they gave me was unpleasant. I had to come back with my broken stove that wasn't working at all
