Awful customer service Game South Gate

I'm literally appaulled by the customer service I've received from Game South Gate. I purchased a fridge on the 18th of June and to date it has not been delivered. I've called numerous times today and when I eventually got through I was told they'll call me back at 11:30, it's 14:56.

To get through on this number, *** is next to impossible. I tried other game stores and surprisingly they answer the phone. At this point, I just a refund.
