Sweetheart Southgate mall

I went to sweetheart in Southgate mall and on two occasions I received terrible customer care. On the first occasions I bought a few items and I was over charged or received the wrong change, when I brought it up with the teller she proceeded to shout at me saying that I must not undermine her so I walked out of the store and they proceeded to laugh at me as I walked out. Today on the 9 June 2024 I went to the store again and they had asked me to leave the store as they remember me from the last experience and that they cannot help me in store there is nothing that they can do for me.
