unprofessional and conflicting information

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the attitude of the staff, I personally went into the facility to ask the cost for the removal of a small gold slit , the answer was R950 , to my surprise i got a bill of R2200.00 that was deducted from my medical aid and the attitude is completely distasteful (theres nothing i can do ), truthfulness and transparency -i will NEVER use this facility again , very unprofessional
