Withholding child from her right to EDUCATION

I am so disgusted with this school that isn't allowing my baby sister to go to school.. Yes the school fees is a little behind but that's between the parent and the school.. Where does the child come in?? Everyday I hear this child asking my ma of she can go to school and it breaks my heart to see her face when the answer is no...

I just mean how can you withhold a child from going to school.. Where the school is full of bullies and that isn't been taken care of!!!
