Disgusted at the attitude of Southey Street

Today I express utter disgust at Southey Street Kimberley's attitude. I purchased a VW Polo from VW Hatfield VW Bryanston. The Polo will be delivered on Wednesday here in Kimberley. To my suprise I was informed that the Sales Manager at Southey Street refused to do the hand over of my vehicle here in Kimberley. Dissapointed in the attitude of Southey Street as VW is ur brother/sister dealership ,I understand that competition is tough but i would understand if Toyota/BMW or any other dealership asked this of Southey Street. One thing is for sure that Southey Street Kimberley can be guarenteed that that they will not receive ANY BUSINESS FROM ME or anybody connected to me that would ask for a recommendation. I take my hat off to the team at Hatfield VW Bryanston for the top class service you have given me.
